Certified as an adult education instructor, Sylvia focuses in communication and soft skills training. Having received her Facilitator’s Certification from the Protocol School of Palm Beach, Sylvia adds the art of business protocol and etiquette to her curriculum rounding out the learner’s professional development with elegance and decorum.
